Attaining Zen

I’m feeling more peaceful over here in Israel. There is no need to rush around that much like in Singapore like I used to the last time. It was really hectic for the last few years, madness days like going to patrol after school, then go for a tuition teaching or appointment after that and then go back school again, or playing football and rushing off halfway to sell chicken rice, or meeting my girlfriend and rushing home to catch an Arsenal game. always rushing around, always not enough time..

Life is much simpler now. I am starting to like it, even though I couldn’t get used to it initially.
Having lost my handphone, I decided not to carry a handphone around in Israel anymore. My lab mates must be thinking I am a wierdo, who does not have a handphone nowadays?? can you survive a week without a phone? But I like it, nobody to rush me. everything I do is by my own timing now.. Now I only have to think about what to do during work and what to do at home, so simple.. The only rush I have to do now is to rush home after work and skype chat with my girlfriend. Skype is such an wonderful application, chatting to my family and girlfriend in Singapore at such a amazingly low cost. It only costs US$10 for 3 months! nvr knew the wonders of it until I got over here..

I have a lot of time to think about things now, do things that I want to do. Its a form of escape coming to Israel. Maybe the real reason I want to come to Israel is to run away from all the commitments I have.. cowardly act.. I wasn’t brave enough to meet all the commitments..

now I am becoming a serial drama guru.. next time you all wan any good drama can ask me, introducing Absolute boyfriend courtesy of Yi Yun, there are now 7 episodes and its still airing, so if you wan to watch you have to be patient, coz it only shows 1 episode weekly.

Li Ling was drooling at the body, lol.. adapted from another Japanese Manga, this is a show about a girl who bought a robot as a boyfriend, then will get into a love triangle with one of her colleagues. nice idea, robot as boyfriend.. he will listen to you always, do everything that will make you happy and not flirt around, isn’t it good.

and lastly, juz wanna say I feel sorry for Dr Chee. One of the few pple, together with JBJ, that can really be the opposition party to keep the govt in check but alas, he ends up in jail once again. Forget CST or LTK or Sylvia, they are disappointing opposition. May CSJ live to fight another day!
